SWORN STATEMENT OF AUTHOR AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLE

I guarantee that the article is an original document and has not been published in another scientific journal.

When the article of my authorship, under the title I signed, was approved for publication in the Peruvian Journal of International Law, I give my economic rights and authorize the publication and disclosure of the document in the conditions, procedures and means available to this journal.

I declare that I have not incurred in scientific fraud, plagiarism or vices of authorship. Otherwise, I exempt the Peruvian Journal of International Law from any responsibility, authorizing it to take the corresponding legal actions and I declare myself as the sole responsible party.
