* Authors must submit their work using the article submission template.

* Authors may publish their articles only once a year, i.e., with a two-edition gap between submissions. This rule may be waived if the Editorial Board justifiably decides otherwise.

Editorial Process and Workflow

The editorial workflow is described below:

Acceptance: When a manuscript is submitted for publication, it will first be read and evaluated by the Editor, who may consult with the Editorial Board to decide if the article should move to the evaluation stage, provided it meets the editorial guidelines and criteria. In this phase, the academic work is checked using PlugScan to determine its similarity percentage and generate a report. This process may take approximately two weeks.

Evaluation Process: In this stage, the submitted article will be reviewed by two blind peer reviewers who specialize in the article's central topic. The review period is approximately three weeks, depending on the article's length. Three possible results may occur: publishable, not publishable, or publishable with revisions. In the latter case, the reviewers' observations and suggestions will be sent to the author for revisions.

Author's Revisions: The author has two weeks to make the necessary changes and corrections based on the reviewers' suggestions and submit the final version to the journal. The article will be reviewed to ensure the suggested changes have been made and/or to provide a justification if certain changes were not accepted. If revisions are not fully accepted, the Editor, in consultation with the Editorial Board, will determine whether to accept the article.

Publication: Once the article has been reviewed and accepted, it will be published in the issue determined by the Editor, with the corresponding DOI and metadata. Before publication, articles undergo style corrections and editing. Finally, acknowledgments are issued.

Peer Review

The peer review process is double-blind, meaning the reviewers and authors do not know each other's identities. Evaluators will consider criteria such as the article's contribution to scientific knowledge, relevance, and methodological coherence. The journal reserves the right to publish or reject articles. If accepted, the article will undergo necessary style corrections and other adjustments to meet publication requirements.
