    Diplomat, jurist and university professor. Minister of Foreign Affairs (2021-2022 and 2005-2006). Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru (2002-2003). Vice Minister and Secretary General of Foreign Affairs. Head of the Diplomatic Service (2004). Postgraduate studies at Oxford University, John Hopkins University and the Inter-American Juridical Committee of the OAS.
