Copyright and License

The journal allows authors to retain the copyright of their published articles without any restrictions. Authors grant non-exclusive publishing rights of the approved manuscripts to the Peruvian Journal of International Law.

All articles published in the journal will be immediately and permanently accessible for any user to read and download.

The Peruvian Journal of International Law only reserves the rights for the first publication, but this does not imply that authors lose their unrestricted copyright.

The (Re)use permitted for third parties of the published content will be defined by the following Creative Commons usage license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND). For non-commercial purposes, it allows others to distribute and copy the article. It also permits inclusion in a collective work (such as an anthology), as long as the author(s) are credited and the article is not altered or modified.
